Splatters ... and a flower!

Hi there!

Just a quick post with a card I made for the one layer Splatter challenge at Less is more  and the Floral challenge at CAS-ual fridays.

The flower is a design from Hero arts, obtained from the Silhouette online store ( #24641).

I added my own sentiment and sponged 3 colors distress inks over the printed flower using a stencil that was cut with my Silhouette.

I started at the top with picked raspberry, spiced marmalade for the middle part and ended at the bottom with mustard seed.

The sentiment:

Short and sweet today, thanks for looking!

Have a great week!

Congrats on making the top 3 pick at ATCAS Hannelie - this one is just gorgeous too. Love that splatter. It's my kind of splatter..a nice, clean one without any random bits of ink flying all over the place lol. Fabulous design as always - thanks for playing along at CAS-ual Fridays again!

Oh MY! Hannelie you've rocked it again! There's splatters and there's splatters with elegance and style. Yours falls into the latter and it's just swoon-worthy. Love it. Thanks for playing along at Less is More this week. Sarah
