Can't believe that the Color Hues challenge is celebrating it's 2nd birthday already!

- Alphabet dies from a local stationery store
- Embossing folder from Sizzix
- "Birthday" sentiment print and cut designed in the Silhouette studio
- Rhinestones
- Foam squares for dimension

Your card definitely has a WOW factor with all those festive balloons spelling out happy birthday! I love the way you used these great colors together along with that fun embossed background too! Those tiny little bows are such fun embellishments also :)
