Altenew flower of the month - Daffodil

 Hi there!

This month Altenew is featuring the daffodil as flower of the month . Since I own of the Altenew daffodil stamp sets, I just had to play along !

I stamped, colored and cut the image out... not having an idea in which direction my card design will go. Just couldn't decide. After a couple of days I decided to take a look at the contents of my scraps bin. Strange how something you created and at the time just didn't make it to a card, can be just right for a next project! This was the case for the painted background and the complete sentiment ! Such a happy moment!

So don't throw away those "failures".  The right card is waiting... patiently 💤
