- Distress oxide inks : Iced spruce and Salty ocean
- Sentiment cut with my Silhouette cameo ( Font - Atlantic Cruise . I replaced the 'o' with a ship steering wheel )
- Stamped sentiment from Simon : Big birthday wishes
- Rectangle pin point die from Memory Box
- Enamel dots
- Craft foam for dimension

oh I do love to see on photo challenges what inspired different elements of the card-I so missed the weathered look on the table but love you picked up on it-super spot! That background looks amazing and also find it fab you included the tiny bit of blue in the photo and incorporated this-super take on our photo and as also a joy to see you at Time Out
What an awesome backround, Hannelie ... it captures the weathered look and pops of blue beautifully! Love the sentiment with the ship's wheel as the 'O' ... so clever! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Time Out! Hugs, Anita :)
I'm loving your background Hannelie and I love how the neat cluster in the centre contrasts with it :)
What an awesome background you've created! Wonderful take on both challenge too....love the captain's wheel, it really adds to the nautical feel! Thanks for playing with the Players this week! Always fun to see what you have in the gallery!
Glad you tried it because it looks awesome with your die cut and it is fun to take the ink pad direct to paper! Really fun project created! You will have to make more! Thanks for sharing this week over at The Paper Players!
Oh, this is awesome! Love it!
I love how you ran with the inspiration from all these different sources. The background is fabulous and the colors work so well together. The "ahoy"... well, the ship's wheel takes it over the top!
I checked out the video on how to create the background, and it looks like a lot of fun. I'll have to give it a try sometime. So many techniques, so little time! Love your masculine card. It would work especially well for someone who likes to be on the water.
Superb! What a fantastic masculine card, perfect colors and that "wheel" is awesome!
Love your card Hannelie - the background is fabulous. Thanks for joining us over at The Paper Players this week!
Wow, Hannelie! The background you created is beautiful! The colors work so well with the nautical theme. I love how you replaced the "O" with a ship's wheel. Thank you so much for playing in my Clean and Simple Masculine challenge at The Paper Players this week, and congratulations for being selected as A Cut Above!
