Happy Sunday to you!
Today I have a simple one layer, black & white sympathy card to show you :
I used :
- Hero arts - Florals-magnolia stamp set
- Sentiment from a very old Hero arts set called "Luscious patterned flowers" (CL508)
- Classy stripes stencil from Altenew
- Misti
- Versafine black ink
To make this one layer card I stamped the Magnolia, masked it, and used the stencil to create the striped background. I lastly stamped the sentiment.

Hannelie- love your black and white card, those stripes are so effective. A very striking card.
Beautiful black and white and for all occasions!
Absolutely perfect, love it! Thanks for playing at AAA Cards.
This is gorgeous!! You rock at the one layer card. I had to do two tries for mine!!
How beautiful this is! It's hard to believe black and white can look this pretty.
Your black and white card is lovely. I like the simplicity of the partially striped background.
Your beautiful and thoughtful black and white sympathy one layer card fits the challenges perfectly, Hannelie. I thought your striped black and white stenciling was designer paper. Loved how you masked your magnolia bloom and then added the stenciling. TFS Hugs...
Just seen you're card on AAA CAS, and I had to pop over and say what a lovely card! Hugs XoX Alli C - Creative Clark
