Flower celebration!

Hi there!

One of the (many) reasons I love my Silhouette cameo, is the freedom it gives me to create.  If I get stuck not having the 'right' stamp at hand, I can always cut a stencil ! The possibilities are endless. Same goes for sentiments. Adding the right sentiment is like sealing the deal on a successful design 🙌

With that said... here's today's card or rather cards :

The pink one:

The orange one:

I used:

  • Stencil cut from Mums-flower cutting file from Apex Cuttables
  • Altenew inks
  • Sentiment : Design ID #46490 in the Silhouette store.

Sharing my card at:

AAA cards ~ Ombre

Less is more  ~ Monochrome

The flower challenge  ~ Anything goes

Thanks for visiting me today!

Hugs
Hannelie

Yay, indeed you make fabulous creations with your Silhouette, it seems like you have 'tamed' it to perfection ! Your two cards are just gorgeous in both colours. Beautiful ombré effect too. Thanks so much for sharing and for playing along at Less is More.

Gorgeous flower stencil, Hannelie. This is so pretty in both colours. I haven't turned on my silhouette for a long time now. Maybe I should dust it off and get busy!! xx

Love these, Hannelie! The stencil really is a celebratory design. I designed and cut a template with my Silhouette today. I'll be using it in my stamp positioning tool. Hope to show the results on my blog in the next week or so.

You are an absolute whizz with the silhouette Hannelie and every time I see your inspirational cards it makes me want to add this little machine to my wishlist. I don't think I'd come up with such ingenuity though. 2 stunning monochromatic cards and great to see you play with us at Less is More. Both colours are just perfect. x

I love your Silhouette too, Hannelie, because of all the fabulous things it allows you to do. Sentiments are important and one of the things I find most difficult. Adding 'celebrate' to the mums means the card is ready for a number of occasions.
