Thursday again... and time for a new challenge at CAS(e) this sketch !
Here's my take on Chrissy's sketch :)
I designed the upper panel with diagonal sentiment in the silhouette studio (font : Chrushed) and cut it out with my cameo .
The 'birthday' part was cut with a CREAlies die.
I added washi tape on the card base, and added sparkle with a strip of gold peel off sticker, and finished off the card with a couple of rhinestones.

What a perfect way to use an open cut sentiment! Could do with a die and designer paper, too. Love your very colorful Washi tape!
