CASology : Embrace

Hi there!

Are ready to embrace the new cue card at CASology ? 💖

I hope my card inspires you to join the fun!

need a hug?

A close up of the hugging letters :

need a hug?

I really wanted to give visual meaning to the cue card, and then I started playing with the 3 letters in the Silhouette studio, and to my surprise, they were perfectly designed to hug each other!

But a hug on it's own, doesn't make a card, so it became a question ...

... and I started playing with different sizes and fonts of question marks, and I realized that a question mark and its mirror image makes a heart 😊 And hearts and hugs were made for each other!

I just love it when my thought processes translate to a design like this 😍

The fonts used:

A red bucket (hug)
Meadowbrook (need a)
(I can't remember the font of the question mark, will update when I do)

I used the fill option of the Studio to print the 'heart' with polkadots.

You are so clever, Hannelie! I love how you created the heart, and how you linked the letters for your sentiment! Really cute card!

This is wonderful--a hug hugging itself. Love this.

Oh, that is so gosh darn clever of you! I would think the "hugging hug" could stand on it's own! Love this, Hannelie!

This is so clever! I love the hidden (or not so hidden) suggestions from the way you've placed the letters on your card. And besides all that, it looks great!
