Hi there!
Just saying hi with my inspiration card for this week's CAS(e) this sketch !
My take:
I cut the triangle background twice, and layered it for dimension on my card base. I then added the yellow and orange triangles over the black one with the sentiment.
The grey on grey almost look like embossing or rather faux embossing !
Everything cut with the help of my Silhouette cameo.
I used the inspiration picture at Inspired by all the little things to design my card, the triangle coincidence was just so obvious... ;)
I wasn't really going for such a masculine look, but yes, that's what I got by using a grey card base. Almost like an industrialized look, so IMO not a real reflection of the inspiration photo , but I did use the elements and am linking up anyway!
The sentiment:
That's it!
Thanks for looking, hope to see you play along at CAS(e) this Sketch!

I like your card a LOT! The pop of yellow and orange on grey background makes it very energized! Thank you for sharing your wonderful creation!
Oh I love the different direction you spun this in! The colors really pop off the background! Love the scatter of dots too!
Love this geometric little wonder!
Jaw-dropping. That's all. It does look more masculine to me but that's because it's so graphic and textured. But that doesn't matter. What does, is that its AWESOME!
Love how you used the cover plate for your sketch! Genius!
Amazing design x
Wow! Bold & fabulous, Hannelie!!!
Gosh this is amazing! Great different take on the inspiration. Thanks for joining us at inspired by all of the little things.
Oh my word!! I adore this!! I cannot believe you used your cameo!! I so need to practice with my machine this summer when I have the time!! Great design!
Your card really stand out on the CASE this Sketch DT! Fabulously creative!
This is a fantastic masculine card! Love the bold pops of colour. Very eye-catching.
Awesome card! I think it would work for either gender. I really like the tone on tone with your background SIL cut. And doubling it up is a great idea. I need to give that a try.
I think you always rock the geometric designs, Hannelie, and this one is particularly fabulous!! Hugs, Darnell
I think this definitely meets the brief at Inspired By. Gorgeous and graphic card. BTW I ditto Darnell above :)
Fun, fun, fun! I just love it!
Clean, simple, graphic and pops of color....totally makes my heart sing!!!
Thanks for the cool sentiment too :)
The Queen of the Silhouette strikes again! This is such a brilliant card. PERFECT colors and a fabulous design. It's another beauty in the long line of your fabulous cards. Love this, my friend. Hope all is well with you. Bev
IMHO your card is a wonderful take on the photo, Hannelie. So beautifully geometric with a pop of color.
A stunner, Hannelie ... cool, graphic and so stylish! Hugs, Anita :)
I notice you said you used Silhouette cameo to create the triangles. Did you use for the network in the gray background too? I used your card for inspiration for my entry in CAS(e) this sketch #173. Do you use Silhouette often? I created a Pinterest board for Silhouette when I was considering Silhouette. I still consider just barely above a novice in Inkscape.
Anyway, you do great work! The industrial colors look terrific to me!
Hannelie, your card is simply lovely!
I love the striking colors & fabulous design.
Be still my heart! I loved that inspiration photo but can never make it for a week-long challenge. Just too fast :(
