CASe this sketch #165

Hi there!

Are you ready for our new sketch ?

Take a look at this sketch by Sam and head over to CASe this sketch to take a look at the inspiration the team has lined up ... just for YOU!

My take:

Altenew striped florals

I used a cutting file from Miss Kate Cuttables and layered it over a masked BG banner sponged with Hero arts shadow inks in 3 colors. The stamped flower is from ALTENEW striped floral set.

Three enamel dots and a digital sentiment to finish off the card.

I am adding my link to The Challenge where I used the photo as inspiration to create my card.

I used the colors of the books and represented it in the layers of my banner. The black stamped flower was inspired by the flowers in the black vase on top of the stack of books.

I hope you will join the fun at Case this sketch this week!

Thanks for visiting me today!

Hannelie

You've made another beautiful card, Hannelie. The font used for the word "bloom" is so pretty and I really like that you used white for it. I think one of your strengths (among many) is your sense of pleasing contrast. On this card you've achieved a wonderful contrast that is so pleasing to the eye.

Gorgeous Hannelie - I love the bold stripe of colour with bordered edges and your diecut in white really pops against the pink/orange and black stamped sentiment. Awesome take on both challenges!

Absoluut lieflik, vrou!!!
