A new cue card is up at Casology !
Where will this week's cue card take you? It took me back in time, yes the time when feathers and ink were writing tools!
Both the feather and sentiment are from Hero arts...
Because I am no good at fuzzy cutting, I used my Silhouette to create a cutting file for the feather. Just ONE of the features I love about my Machine!
I scored the front panel with lines to reinforce the theme of writing.
A few wooden hearts and twine to finish off the card.

I hope to see you join us at Casology this week!
I am linking my card at the Muse card club, where the fabulous Carol Mayne is the guest Muse... since my card is sharing the same feathery theme as hers!

Love it! Very classic and elegant! So glad you joined us at Muse this week!
So clever, Hannelie! I love the tall feather as a writing instrument and how you scored the lines! Loving the 'scripty' sentiment, too!
This is beautiful, Hannelie!
Truly elegant! It's so simple and every element is just perfect!
This is a really pretty card!
Love the scored lines and wooden hearts! So cute!
Love this card! Your sentiment font is so beautiful. It really does look like old-fashioned script created with a fountain pen. The Silhouette certainly sounds like an amazing machine, and you obviously use it well.
Love how all your elements work so harmoniously. Must remember to line emboss my cards more often. It looks so classy!
This is a beautiful CAS card!
Love your bold and graphic interpretation of the Muse! The long feather looks absolutely gorgeous!!
Hannelie, your card is stunning, so gorgeous!! I love the details of the wooden hearts and the line embossing, it's perfection!!!
Thank you for sharing.
Maria Rodriguez.
Gorgeous! Love the little wooden hearts and the embossed lines.
Truly the most beautiful feather I've seen, Hannelie! Me? Not a feather in the house - not even in the pillows! Loved seeing this beauty in the Muse gallery! c is going to LOve it!

Simply beautiful! x
This is lovely, Hannelie. Perfectly CAS-ly beautiful. :)
You are the queen of the Silhouette machine, Miss Hannelie!! I love how you've created a cut file for your feather. You're going to have to do a video and teach the rest of us how to do that! And those little hearts! Oh my goodness! They're so perfect here! Wonderful card. I'm also thinking of you too! Take care dear friend. Bev
Michele is so right: I LOVE X LOVE your sophisticated, classy, stunning interpretation of my card! The scoring and wooden hearts are the perfect accents! Swooning!
Hugs~c
Love your old fashioned feather pen, the texture and those fun wooden hearts.
That font looks like something someone would write with a feather, Hannelie. And the feather is gorgeous. Too bad you don't give Silhouette lessons. I think a number of us could use them. I know I could.
Wow! Hannelie, this is stunning ... such an elegant plume and gorgeous font on the sentiment ... love those embossed lines ... so crisp and fabulous! Hugs, Anita :)
Hannelie, perfect! The perfectly ties twine bow adds the final touch.
Groete
