Hi there!
A very special blog friend is celebrating her birthday today!
The birthday girl is Geri the Manitoba stamper !
Because Geri is such a sweet sweet friend, I wanted to make her something just as sweet... is that even possible?
This sweet image is part of a collection of digital stamps ( Pink petticoat ) I won some time ago at Less is more.
I opened the image in my Silhouette programme, traced it to get cutting lines, and then used the print and cut function to " fuzzy cut " her lovely curves!
I cut the shape 3 times and layered it to give her more weight ... she's so skinny... I thought she could do with a little more weight ;)
She is 'standing' on a piece of scrap paper to which I added color with my pink Promarker. The birthday girl was also colored with Promarkers. Geri, you know coloring is not my thing, but hey, I gave it a shot... just for you!
I added my own sentiment which I will share with you:
The layout inspiration for Geri's card was supplied by Freshly made sketches. I turned the sketch 90 degrees to the right.
Also adding my link to the CAS challenge at Addicted to stamps
That's it for now... enjoy your special day Geri, and thanks for visiting me today!

This is awesome and fun,Hannelie!!!
Thank you for joining us at FMS!!!
Fabulous card, Hannelie!
Verskriklik, verskriklik oulik, vrou!!!! En Geri gaan beslis net so mal soos ek daaroor wees!!!!
Groete
