Just "popping" in with a big, bold birthday balloon card!
I used :
- Confetti stencil from Alex Syberia Designs
- Sentiment from "Happy Birthday Sentiments - Waffle Flower
- Distress Oxide inks
- Versafine black ink
- Balloon and string cut with my Silhouette Cameo
- Foam tape for dimension
- Rhinestones
