Case me a Christmas card with Michelle Lupton

 Hi there!

It’s a SURPRISE Party!

Michelle Lupton is taking a break from CASE me a Christmas Card this year, but we love it so much we wanted to play anyway. So, we thought it would be fun to have an Instagram Party, and when it comes to parties, the more the merrier! We would love you to join us and make some new friends along the way.

Simply CASE one of Michelle’s cards into a Christmas card and use the hashtag #casemeachristmascard2023 . Follow this hashtag to meet some new friends and see how we were all inspired by Michelle too! . .

What does CASE mean… ‘Copy & Share Everything’. Simply choose one of Michelle’s beautiful cards and be inspired, change it up and make it your own.

Here's the card I made :

... and this is the inspiration card from Michelle, you can take a look at it here, on Instagram :

I chose to use the same vertical layout with text on the card base. Instead of the tree with pink blossoms, I used a Christmas tree (negative cut) and moved the vellum to the back of the cut out tree.

I used rhinestones to decorate my tree instead of the clear enamel dots and instead of a heat embossed sentiment, I used a large die cut sentiment.

I also switched the color palette to traditional sparkly Christmas silver and red.

I used :

  • Joy die cut from Simon Says stamp
  • Tree cut out with my Silhouette cameo
  • Printed Christmas background from Digital scrapbook

Remember to use #casemeachristmascard2023 and join the fun on Instagram !

Follow this hashtag to meet some new friends and see how we were all inspired by Michelle too!

Thanks for popping in today!

I don't know how I missed this beauty Hannelie, but love the tree shaped aperture and the die cut 'Joy' over the top and perfect over the printed background, and lots of sparkle from the silver glitter card and the added red and white gems..a wonderful CASEing of Michelle's beautiful card. x

Just came across your card, so beautiful. Could you tell the name of the background you got from Digital Scrapbook.
