Hi there!
I had fun making this card, revisiting an idea from a card I made some time ago, combining geometric shapes . Overlapping two chevrons created a new shape... if you look at it one dimensional, it's a hexagon, but it also creates the effect of a cube if you look at it three dimensional ! I added a flower and a sentiment for a really quick and simple card.
I used :
- Dotted blooms stamp set - Altenew
- Paint-a-flower-fashion-monger-dahlia-outline-stamp-set - Altenew (sentiment)
- Misti
- Silhouette cameo
- Versafine black ink
- Colored card stock
- Rhinestones
My card was inspired by :
CAS colours and sketches - Sketch
CAS on Friday - Hexagon

Hannelie the optical illusion of your shaped pieces is so clever and creative and adds the perfect eye-catching pop of colour to highlight your stem. Genius indeed! Thanks for playing along with my sketch challenge over at CAS Colours & Sketches this week!
