I made a fun shaker card to play along in some challenges today!
I used :
- Wildflower-garden-stamp-set
- Birds-of-a-feather-stamp-set ~ Sentiment
- Altenew inks (shown in photo above)
- Tiny seed beads for the shaker element in the frame
- Craft foam for dimension
- Clear acetate
- Misti
- Silhouette cameo to cut the frame
For the Altenew Challenge I was inspired by the idea of a garden, and tried to create that effect in my tiny square . To add some fun to the 'hello there' card, I framed my "photo" with a shaker element.
Challenges :
Altenew Inspiration challenge ~ Photo
CASe this sketch ~ Layout
The flower challenge ~ Anything goes

Hannelie, What a fabulous take on the inspiration photo! Gorgeous. I love the red and orange and the white and the shaker bits too. So fresh.
Your shaker card is so pretty and unique, Hannelie !!! Awesome take on the challenge themes!
Interesting and very pretty idea for a shaker card, and a creative take on the sketch! Leave it to you to come up with something unique. I love it, Hannelie!
So clever to make a shaker frame! I love shaker cards but don't make them very often, as they do take extra time. I really like the idea of a shaker frame, though, and may have to give that a try.
Cette nouvelle carte est superbe !! J'adore la dominante de rouge et l'aspect de cette shaker-box.
