You float my boat

Hi there!

My heart feels happy because we had a lovely rain shower on this beautiful Sunday ! Doesn't happen too often here in the desert, so I happily stopped crafting and watched the rain which lasted for about 10 minutes 😄.  The rain wasn't enough to float this boat, but hey, YOU float my boat!

 I used :

  • Strips of white and navy card stock to create the diagonal panel
  • Boat from the silhouette store - part of design ID 169798
  • Sentiment designed in the silhouette studio using the font 'typewriter'
  • Foam tape to pop up the focal point

Sharing my card at :

So very cute, Hannelie! What a darling idea for this sketch. I can imagine that the rain was a very special event this morning. I would drop everything and simply enjoy it, too.
