Hi there!
With less than a day to go before the doors close for this month's Altenew Challenge, I am popping in with a second card inspired by Virginia's photo! I love poppies and could not resist putting the Painted Poppy set to work for this challenge.
I have used this background idea many times before, but never with a stamped image as focal point. For the other cards, I used a die cut image layered over the colored blocks. This was a fun challenge made possible by my Misti stamping tool.
If you would like to take a look at the others cards with this background technique, you are welcome to click here , here , here & here !
Today's card:
I used:
Each die cut block were cut 3 times and layered for dimension.

I love it. The background is gorjuss and stamped image fits perfectly. Thank you for inspiration.
I've loved this card design of yours since the beginning. Brilliantly sophisticated how you've used the stamped image and beautiful watercolor background!
Your cards always make me sit back and think, "How did she do that?" That's what makes them so special!! I love the thought and creativity you put into this card and all the others, too.
Tout simplement magnifique, j'adore !!
