I decided to combine elements from the two things I immediately thought of after receiving the cue card from Melissa... resulting in this card:
I used :
- Volkswagen-vw-bug-cuttable frame from Apex Cuttables
- Polka dot stencil
- Versafine black ink
- Balloon sentiment created in the Silhouette studio
- Silhouette cameo
