Hi there!
I had so much fun today experimenting with stencils, ink and relief paste !
I first tried mixing acrylic paint with clear relief paste, it gives a really vibrant look, but tends to run beneath the stencil giving an untidy effect.
I then did the stencilling first with Colorbox ink and added the clear relief paste afterwards. This gives a much cleaner look... like this :
My card was inspired by the following challenges:
Less is more ~ Stencilling
Freshly made sketches ~ layout
Addicted to stamps ~ CAS
Thanks for visiting me today!

Beauty! I love the faded look :)
Gorgeous card! Love those shapes! Have to try this method, like paste, but use it alone or with embossing powder.
This is such a pretty card,Hannelie!! I love the shine!!

Lovely juicy stencilling, Hannelie!
So beautiful...love that color.
Gorgeous take on the fms Hannelie! Love the subtle sheen and dimension you've created with that paste!
This is so pretty. The way the stenciling just tapers off at the edges is a very cool effect.
This looks beautiful with the clear paste over the top, Hannelie. Love the juicy berry colour.
Thanks for sharing at ATSM and Less is More this week, Anita x
Simply AWESOME Hannelie.
You rock every challenge! Loving the berry colour and the shine you've created over the stencilling too. Yummy. Great work and a fun challenge combo too.
Thanks as always for playing along at LIM and ATSM also this week.

Wat een mooie kaart! Blijf het zelf heerlijk vinden met stencils te werken en deze met stempels te combineren. En ja, de paste er bovenop ziet er gaaf uit! Fijn weekend verder!
Love the intensity of the color doing your paste this way! Beautiful card.
This looks great! I never thought of inking first then topping with embossing paste. Another "duh" moment! Thanks for sharing the idea!!
This is so cool, Hannelie! Such a great idea to do the ink first...you can shade and fade as much as you want, and then get that brilliant shine. I love this technique. And in perfect colors too. Have a great week. Bev
This is such a fun look! Great idea!
Okay...this is just way too neato-mosquito! I would love to 'feel' the texture in real life! Love the split panel and LOVE the sentiment!
