Operation Julie's smile!

Hi there on this lazy Saturday morning!

Nothing more to do than watch the rugby world cup and to make a card (or2) !

The kindness of fellow bloggers over at cas-ualfridays really touched my heart.

Operation Julie's smile - and since I am a follower of Julie's lovely blog , I just had to create something in honour of this great attempt!

I made the "backing paper" simply by copying and pasting the smiley image in MS Word. Also created the sentiment on the computer.
A very simple card , but I really hope that it will convey the message in my heart!

Other challenges entering

marks finest papers ~ no designer paper
TCP challenge ~ text as main feature on card
tuesday taggers ~ make it minimal

Thanks for your visit! Keep on smilin' !

Hannielie...I am absolutely touched by your thoughts and Michele was so right...this card made me smile in more ways than one...not only because of my circumstances but also because that fabulous smiley face became the 'look' of the 70's, the era I spent my teen years in...and for those memories, I thank you so very much : ))
