To me, a rose is one of the most special flowers out there and the smell always bring a smile to my face !
Just take a look at the inspiration photo taken by Joy for this months Altenew Inspiration challenge!
I also loved reading about the story behind the photo. My phone's gallery is full of flower photo's and many of them I took during the times we visit my mom who lives in a retirement village in South-Africa. The residents of the village really take so much care of their gardens which make our daily walks such a delight!
I immediately knew it was time to take out my favorite Build a flower : Rose !
The background and layout was inspired by the slightly diagonal line dividing the light and dark green in the photo, and I decided on another favorite set, Watercolor dots stamp set to create the effect. To complete the card I used a sentiment from Magnolias for her and three clear rhinestones as embellishment.

Every time I use this BAF Rose stamp set, I feel like saying : "Wow!" . All those layers just make the perfect rose!
