Cut from a piece of watercolor smooshed paper with my Zig markers.
The Love sentiment is from the Silhouette store. I added the 'with' & 'on your birthday' in the silhouette studio, and printed it on a piece of vellum.

This is lovely!! The way you pieced the flower and used the smoosh technique looks fabulous and I LOVE the sentiment over the vellum. GREAT take on the sketch!!

I LOVE the contrast between the beautiful soft coloring and the bold sentiments, Hannelie! The variety in showcasing the sentiments (label, cut-out and printed) is fun to look at!

ReplyDeleteThis would have been a really hard sketch for me to interpret. What came to mind when I saw it was "grass" or "explosion." I like your idea SO much better. Your flower is so pretty - a visual delight!
