New Baby!

Hi there!

My daughter asked me to make a baby card for a friend who will soon be a new mommy. She doesn't know if it will be pink or blue, and seeing that I came up with an idea I like, and a real quick and easy one too... I made a pink one & a blue one , and will add the remaining one to my stash!

The stork is a cutting file by Tanya Batrak in the Silhouette store: Design ID #128780.

 I cut it twice for each card, in order to give it more weight/dimension.

 To balance the design and add color, I added a thin strip of 'patterned paper' which is available as a fill option in the Silhouette studio,
The sentiment is my own and I will share it below , as I always do :)

    A perfect design! So cute, and one you could do over and over. I have a great fondness for baby cards, but don't have much call for them these days. These are adorable!

    I adore these, Hannelie. The white on white is so delicate and the polka dot strips add the perfect balance. The hearts are wonderfully placed too with the colour peeking through.
