CASology : Stencil

Hi there!

Time for a new cue card at CASology !

Stencils are such a great tool to help you create a one layer card!

A closer look:

My card was made with 2 stencils that were cut with my Silhouette cameo. This is what they look like:

I used the positive of the boat to mask the BG (stencil on the left) and then I used the negative, or stencil of the boat to add color for the boat.

Distress inks used :

Faded jeans
Tumbled glass
Vintage photo
Antique linen

My sentiment is the Afrikaans version of : when you feel like drowning (or your boat is sinking), remember your Lifesaver walks on water.

( I will add it to the quote/scripture page as soon as I can in English and Afrikaans)
