Hi there!
When inspiration strikes, you have to make the most of it!
So here's three cards today using the same colors and elements, three different designs :)
- Mod background builder stencil from Uniko
- English country garden butterflies stamp and die set
- Floral vines clear stamp set (first card) and sentiment on all the cards
- Spun Sugar, Faded jeans and Fossilized amber distress oxide inks
- Versafine black ink
Challenges :
CAS colours and sketches - see challenge graphic
Inkspirational challenges - card with matching envelope
Happy little stampers - Birthday challenge (anything goes)
Which one is your favorite? 😍
Thanks for visiting me today!

OHmystars! Hannelie, these are absolutely gorgeous! I'm curious as to how you did the butterfly on the second one: stenciled or transparency or ??? I'd love to case these at some point, if that's okay with you.
ReplyDeleteThank you ever so much for joining us at Inkspirational; the card + envelope pairing is amazing!

Three beautiful cards Hannelie and I love the floral stamps and butterfly stamps you have used as well as the pretty stencilling in such lovely bright colours for the backgrounds. x
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, Hannelie, these are absolutely STUNNING!! The oxides you've chosen match the challenge colours perfectly and they have worked beautifully with your stencil. It's completely impossible to choose a favourite! Thank you so much for sharing with us at CC&S :)
ReplyDeleteOh my word Hannelie - just when I think you can't produce anything better, you do this!! What an absolutely fabulous set of cards - it is impossible to choose a favourite! The patterns combined with line images are so effective, with each card bringing something different to the fore. AMAZING! Thanks for playing along with us at CAS Colours & Sketches!
ReplyDeleteYou have shown that there is more than one way to use a stencil, Hannelie, and all the designs are fantastic. I especially love the way the design carries over into the butterfly.
ReplyDeleteFantastic Job - Gorgeous! I adore how you created 3 very different designs with the "Same" background and colors. Well done. Is the butterfly on acetate or was it cut from another sheet of paper with the same background. Love it! Thanks for joining us for this challenge at CC&S
ReplyDeleteI love all of these - can't pick a favourite as they are all so pretty! Thanks for sharing with us at HLS Birthday :)
ReplyDeleteI always love coming here to see your creative designs Hannelie! These are all so pretty with that wonderful stenciling, the colors used and the added stenciling on your envelopes! Thanks for sharing with us at Inkspirational: card with matching envelope! Julia xx
ReplyDeleteThese are all wonderful, such stylish and clean designs and such great examples of your signature style. I think the second card with the butterfly in the middle might be my favorite! Thank you for joining us at Inkspirational!
