Hi there!
Popping in with a simple one layer birthday card for my hubby who celebrates his birthday... today!
Taking him back home to South-Africa with a little sunset silhouette scene using one of my favorite Hero Arts stamp sets ever!
I used :
- Let's Celebrate stamp set - Hero arts
- Safari Wild about you stamp from Hero Arts (retired I think)
- Distress inks - Mustard Seed - Spiced Marmalade - Festive Berries - Seedless Preserves
- Versafine black ink
- Circle die cut as a mask and a piece of torn card stock to create the stripes
Challenges :
The male room challenge - Nature
Seize the birthday - Playing with the no topping option
Thanks for visiting me today!
Hannelie

ReplyDeleteA beautiful card for sure! The ombré look of the yellow to brown is lovely for that sunset. And, my husband celebrates his birthday the same day as your hubby. Thanks for a very big smile today!
