As you can see, my card is quite a literal interpretation of the picture. The pink, the window arches , the bicycle and flowers. The white on black shop signs were the inspiration for the sentiment design.

Hi Hannelie! I'm so happy that you could use my simple template for this gorgeous card! When I saw this Inkspirational Photo Challenge earlier this week, I was curious as to how designers would interpret this pretty pink scene and leave it to you to create a wonderful design! Your cropping/layout is always balanced and interesting - that's why I am always happy when your blog posts show up in my email! : )
ReplyDeleteTake care - Rachelle
Your interpretation of the inspiration photo is lovely! The soft pink reminds me of cotton candy--maybe that bicycle was ridden to the County Fair?
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful, I love it xx
ReplyDeleteAMAZING! The pink, the arch, the bicycle -- fantastic interpretation!
ReplyDeleteWow! Great interpretation of the picture . I particularly love the way you did the with a kind of shaped spotlight effect - I hope you don't mind I've pinned it for inspiration. Thanks for joining in at Inkspirational Challenges.
