Altenew May Inspiration Challenge

Time to play with Altenew !

I used :


  • Best-mom stamp set (image)
  • Rustic-linen stamp set (background -  stamped over brick wall stencil {cut with my silhouette cameo}
  • Engraved-flowers stamp set (sentiment)
  • Silhouette cameo to cut out the floral focal point
  • Distress ink
  • Craft foam for dimension 
  • Rhinestones

I love the picture Aga gave us for inspiration this month! Perfect for a CAS design 😊

Especially the play of light and shadows. By using a dimensional element on my card I hoped to achieve the shadow effect, and I think it worked!

    This is just beautiful all over, Hannelie! I love the way you colored the flowers, and the stamp, itself, is gorgeous! Especially nice cut out and popped up for dimension and shadow.

    Popping up your flower spray definitely added some pretty shadows to your card. I love the background, too, and learning how you achieved it. I recently got some stencil material for my Cameo, and I need to try a cut a few.
