Hi there!
Nothing says "Spring" more than Cherry Blossoms do !
Today's card uses my third ( and last - for now ) stamp I recently purchased from Power Poppy. I used it in two different designs. For the first one I cut it out with my cameo, colored it with my Zig Markers and popped it up for dimension. For the second, I made a one layer card and used a circle mask to add color with Distress Oxide ink, caseing this card I made a couple of weeks ago.
The second card :

- Zig markers on card #1
- Foam dots for dimension on card #1
- Distress Oxide ink and a mask to color card #2
- Digital sentiment designed in the Silhouette studio for both cards

Love them both Hannelie! The dimension on the first one really adds something and love the pop of color on the second card too! So happy you played along at Seize the Birthday as you always brighten the gallery!

ReplyDeleteI love this cherry stamp! You always find the best digital images and I had never heard of Power Poppy...I went over to their site and it's amazing! Thanks :)
ReplyDeleteWow, these are so gorgeous, Hannelie! I hope Marcella gets to see them. Probably will on IG. I love seeing Power Poppy go CAS. You chose the perfect stamps for you.
ReplyDeleteBoth cards are really pretty, but I was especially drawn to the second one. I just love the pink circle in the background and the delicate flowers stamped over the top. They're both incredibly creative, though.
ReplyDeleteYour cherry blossom cards are so beautiful and sweet, Hannelie. Two of our 10 (4 different varieties) Cherry blossom trees are now in full bloom and so gorgeous. I love how you can have blooming cherry blossoms anytime with your gorgeous digi stamp. TFS my friend. Hugs..Nancy
ReplyDeleteBoth beautiful cards and I am normally a one layer lover but have to say I prefer the firsr card-seems more crisp and clean and you added lovely dimension here-the flowers really pops and such subtle colouring. Thanks for joining Ink
ReplyDeleteElles sont toutes les deux absolument superbes !! Je suis totalement fan !!
