Hi there!
I was so inspired by THIS technique from Instagram friend Channin from Craft Ghetto , I couldn't wait to try it! I think this technique will cure me from overthinking when I try to stamp a background. Using watercolor in the form of distress ink, give the flowers a multi color look and it doesn't have to be so precise. So much fun!
I used :
I'm playing along in a couple of challenges :
Less is more ~ Subtle colors
Just us girls ~ Of the edge
Time out challenges ~ Embellishments
Simon says stamp Wednesday challenge ~ No designer paper
Seize the birthday ~ Anything goes
Thanks for visiting me today!
Hugs

ReplyDeleteI saw this video the other day too and I'm about to try it out right now!! Your flowers look gorgeous, definitely a good image to use for the technique and the black sentiment is brilliant against the colour. Always so lovely to see you at TIME OUT!
ReplyDeleteThe background you created truly looks stunning! I can also believe how fun this was to make... I love making artsy backgrounds like this that have a watercolor feel. Should make them more often! Thanks for the inspiration and thank you for joining us at Time Out Challenges!
