Hi there!

Flower cards will always be my favorite card to make . I added a polka dot background to this birthday card for extra happiness!

I used :

  • Linen-blooms From Mudra Craft stamps @ Paper Curves
  • Polka dot background stamp cropped to a circle by using a die cut mask ~ Mudra Craft stamps
  • Lets-party Stamp set (Sentiment)
  • Versafine black ink
  • Distress inks for water color smooshing
  • Silhouette cameo to cut out the flowers and leaves
  • Misti stamping tool
  • Rhinestones

    Two of my most favorite elements, too, Hannelie! Flowers and Polka Dots!! This is soooo pretty. What a very happy birthday card. Your smooshing turned out perfectly on these flowers. Love this stamp set, and am going to head over and check this company out! This is just lovely!! Bev

    The polka dot background surely does add a dose of happy to your pretty flowers! All the more crisp and clean with the black on white. Love how you added color to the flowers. They're still my favorite cards to make, too!

    ... and you do flower cards amazingly well, my friend. I personally am a total sucker for floral plus B/W. Include it in the form of polka dots and you've got a winner!
