purple & gold

Hi there!

I have another Christmas card ready... here it is!

I love this beautiful nativity scene from Apex Cuttables.

Instead of trying to cut an intricate scene like this, I used the fill option, printed it out in black with a laser printer, and added gold foil with my laminator.

For the bottom , I did an offset of the image, cropped and cut it using purple card stock.

  3. Great example of what can be achieved with a cutting machine - and such a stunning effect! This has loads of impact and I love the bold colour block of purple with the more delicate gold lines above. So grounded, yet also really elegant. Thanks for playing along with us at Less is More :)
