World card making day 2016

Hi there!

One day each year is dedicated to us card makers... how amazing is that!

Yes we celebrate

*** WORLD CARD MAKING DAY ***

every year on the first Saturday of October.

I have one last (for now) card made with the Henna elements set from Altenew! I still haven't used any of the smaller elements from the set... yet!

This time very bold and graphic, but I love the look!

I picked beautiful Autumn Promarker colors for this fabulous bloom:

From the top:

  • Mustard
  • Raw Sienna
  • Terracotta
  • Henna

and Sandstone for the center rings.

The sentiment was cut with my Silhouette . I used gold spray paint from a can to add a touch of luxury ;) and layered it over vellum.

The sentiments rests on the border stamp of the set to which I added tiny golden pearls.

I hope you'll have fun on our special day, and LOTS of time to craft!

Hugs
Hannelie
