Hi there!
FUN is the cue card at CASology this week!
I was inspired by the word(s) FUN-filled ... here's how it turned out:
A closer look:
I read a post about graphic design the other day. It said that if you had to explain your design, it wasn't successful... but I am going to explain anyway! Although it's a shaker card I didn't really aim for it to shake... making sense ? I wanted to FILL the word FUN to give meaning to it! So I used tiny silver seed beads to do just that :)
I had to layer the top panel (4 layers) to create space for the beads. Contained them with a layer of acetate beneath the top layer.
I created the glittery striped background with washi tape by 3M. LOVE the sparkle ! I also die cut the balloon from a piece of BG paper that was left over.
I saved the sentiment I created in the Silhouette studio for you to use:
Fonts used :
Better together & Berlin Sans
