Another Thursday means another CAS(e) this sketch challenge!
Chrissy's sketch with the bird theme got stuck in my head and this is what I made for your
inspiration :

As always when using foil, there are so many angles to show off, each one showing something different!
I created the BG strips and sentiment in the Silhouette studio. After I printed the BG with a laser printer, I added the foil with a laminator.
The peacock was a free die I received with the Simply Cards (Australian) magazine.
I cut it from watercolor paper and colored it with my Zig Clean color markers.
I finished off the card with a couple of rhinestones.
I am adding my link to the following challenges:
Less is more ~ Use something tactile ( the foil has a real smooth feel to it, in contrast with the water colored peacock and rhinestone)
Simon says stamp Wednesday challenge ~ Anything goes.
Simon says stamp Monday challenge ~ Add some texture.

ReplyDeleteO, daai pou is sooooo lieflik, vrou - jy het hom so pragtig ingekleur en die kleure werk so wonderlik mooi saam met die goud!!! Ek hou van waar jy die pou geplaas het - jy balanseer die gewig van die sentiment in swart so mooi uit!!!! Ag dis so mooi, vrou - daai pou is regtig besonders!!!
