We are celebrating our 200th challenge at CASology this week!
To make it easier for you to join, you are welcome to link up ANY newly created CAS card !
If you're not sure about the guidelines for CAS design, here's a reminder:
1. One main image
2. Lots of open space--uncluttered
3. Limited layers and embellishments
4. Quick and easy to recreate (note--it may take a long time to get a design you like, but once you
have that design, making more should be a piece of cake)
I made this card to invite and inspire you to play along :
The day I made THIS CARD, I decided to make more than one butterfly, because I LOVED the way it turned out. So my second butterfly found its way to a card today. I created the striped watercolor BG by masking the die cut circle with washi tape.
Note: When you mask and paint with watercolor paint, you need to go slow with adding water , that's if you want clean stripes, like the ones I created ;)
I added a silhouette cameo cut sentiment ( miss kate cuttables)
Several members of the DT will be offering blog candy. Each DT member who is participating will select a random commenter from their blog who also linked up a card at CASology. Winners will be announced on each DT blog as well as on the CASology blog next Tuesday.

Ek weet dit gaan my 'n tydjie neem om deur al jou posts te kom en daarom bly ek uitstel, maar nou kan die kos maar brand en dit kan maar donker word ook; ek's gewapen met 'n beker koffie en gaan nou weer 'n fees van kreatiwiteit geniet hier by jou!!!
ReplyDeleteEk is absoluut mal oor die eenvoudige lyne van jou lieflike skoenlapper en die klein bietjie blou en die perels is so pragtig!!!! Die waterverf strepe maak die perfekte agtergrond vir hom om op te sit!!! Hou van die speelse font van die die cut sentiment!!!! So sag en droommooi en so vroulik!!!
