Time for a new sketch at CASe this sketch !




Chrissy gave us a fabulous inspirational sketch to work with !


My card was designed in the Silhouette studio. The background is from The Pixel scrapper and the butterfly from SVG cuts.

The sentiment my own, using the font Coalhand Luke.

I hope you feel inspired to play along!

I am playing along with the photo inspiration challenge at Inkspirational challenge where I was inspired by the fabulous (and my favorite) color combination ;)

    The 'linen' background is AMAZING!!! I have a PTI line texture embossing folder but it sure doesn't have the 'va-voom' that an 'inked' paper does. I love the 'white space' that you left - really makes the yellow butterfly pop!

    Oh, this is so pretty. I also love the yellow and black combination. Did you use the Silhouette to print the background? Or did you print it on a regular printer? Also, if possible, could you share the name of the background file, please?

    Black, white, and yellow are a favorite color combo of mine and when you throw in a butterfly I'm in love! The scratchy background is fabulous and I love that you left a big white spot for the sentiment!

    O, ek's mal oor daai geel sambreel in die foto en net so mal oor jou skoenlapper wat elke keer van voor af vir my wonderlik mooi is!!! Die wit en swart agtergrond lyk lieflik en die pragtige eenvoudige sentiment werk so perfek!!! En bly swart en wit met geel nie altyd 'n wenner nie!!! Pragtig gedoen, vrou!!!!!
