The paper Players : Theme Challenge #276

Hi there!

It's time for my first design team post as guest designer at The Paper Players ! So excited to share my first project and hope to inspire you to play along!


                                                          

As you can see on the graphic above, it's all about using a number on your card :)






I want to make a fresh start in the new year , so I picked fresh green polkadots for my focal point.

I designed the 2016 by welding the numbers together in my Silhouette program. Cut it once with the polkadot design paper, and layered it with 2 layers of white card stock for dimension.

I picked square grid background paper to create the effect of a calender. My own sentiment ( font used : KG strawberry limeade) to finish off the design of my happy new year's card.

Part of my new year's resolution... to make every day count !

    Great card, Hannelie. Those polka dots are fantastic in their perfectly happy Springy green color. And the grid background is the perfect foil to the polka dots too. I like this card! Sweet!!!! Bev

    Briljant gedoen, vrou!!!! In my oe 'n meesterstuk!!! Mal oor alles van hierdie kaartjie - die grid en polka dot papiere, die notebook edge, die 0 en 6 wat so bietjie skeef hang, die baie, baie oulike sentiment ...alles werk net sooooo perfek saam!!!
    En baie geluk met die GD spot, hoor - so bly vir jou - geniet dit!!!
