Case this sketch #147

Hi there!

It's Thursday... that means there's a new sketch for you to try at Case this sketch !

Here's my take on N@Ali's sketch:

Just like this card, the poppy image I used can be found in the Silhouette on line store, as a cutting file. But... once again, when used on the scale suitable for a card, there's just too much small detail to make a proper clean cut. This time I picked the solid (black) fill option, printed the image and applied an offset cutting line to cut out the poppies. After cutting it out, I gave it subtle color with my promarkers, and dimension by adhering foam tape to the back.

The sentiment is from Miss Kate cuttables. I used it as a digital stamp, the same way as I described for the poppies.

I am adding my link to the current Fusion card challenge, using the inspiration photo. Also adding my link to the anything goes challenge at Simon says stamp.
