This week at CASOLOGY we invite you to plaid with us ;)

This is my inspiration :
Close up:
To make my card I used a background pattern from The pixelscrapper. The heart was die cut, colored with promarkers and popped up for dimension. Glossy accents give an extra special touch.
I added a Silhouette cut 'hey' and sweetheart created digitally. Sequins for the finishing touch.
For more inspiration... go see what my team mates created!

Love this design Hannelie.Love the pops of red.
ReplyDeleteAlways graphic and clever - love the addition of the little red squares!
ReplyDeleteFantastic Hannelie!
ReplyDeleteIk zag deze op CASology en herkende er gelijk jou hand in... Mooi hoe je het hart zo subtiel gekleurd hebt; echt iets waar je even beter naar moet kijken en wat dan heel verrassend is! Gave kaart! Groetjes, Gerrina
ReplyDeleteWOW! It's awesome as always! The close up reveals the real beauty!!! It's a great pleasure to see your card creation.
ReplyDeleteEen heel knappe en creatieve kaart! Mooi is dat hart erop met precies dezelfde belijning!
ReplyDeleteIk heb heel wat gemist door mijn blog vakantie, maar volg jou graag.
Oh my, that heart popped up with the subtle colour and shine is really effective, Hannelie! Great way to use plaid in your design :)
ReplyDeleteI love your crisp, clean plaid design and how you popped up the heart! Such a pretty card, Hannelie! Loving the touch of red, too!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card Hannelie! I love the subtle contrast of the colored heart.
ReplyDeleteAmazing job matching the two layers...not an easy task with small-ish images! Love the pops of red and LOVE the sweet graphic design!
ReplyDeleteI always love a black, red and white color combo - it's dramatic, elegant and eye-catching, all at the same time. I am so impressed with the way you treated the heart to make it tie into the card base, yet stand out as a special element by itself, too. Also, the font for "hey" is amazing. This is another fantastic card, Hannelie!
ReplyDeleteWow, Hannelie ... cool, crisp and so striking ... love those tiny red glossy accented dots ... gorgeous! Hugs, Anita :)

ReplyDeleteHey Hannelie!! You did it again. You always create the best cards. I didn't even realize the heart on top until I saw the close up. Awesomely done.
ReplyDeleteBriljant gedoen, vrou!! Pragtig!!!!
