Red white & blue for Seize the birthday

My inspiration comes in the form of a very CAS design, combining a stamped 'wave' , a Silhouette cut sail boat and a digital sentiment from my collection.

The wave is actually a paint stroke stamp from a Casual Friday set called 'breathe' which works so well as a wave.
