Sunshine petals.

Hi there!

What a lovely sketch this week by Rita at Freshly made sketches!

The paint set from my 'courage' card was still lying on my work desk and I decided to use it once more.
This time in orange to color the petals for my " happy birthday " card.

The sketch which was flipped 180 degrees for my card.

Also linking up to the Birthday celebrations at Seize the birthday.

Edited to add:

Coincidence? :) The challenge at Less is more is asking for a splash of color against a dark background... I will link up at Chrissie & Jen's challenge of course!

Thanks for looking!

  1. Hi Hannelie, thanks so much for dropping by.
Your card is visually so striking. I love the way you have coloured the shapes. They really draw the eye in. The spotted butterfly is perfect.

  3. Beautiful, Hannelie ... the gorgeous golden orange is so dramatic against the dark background. I'm amazed at the dimension you've created with the paint ... it's positively vortex like! Anita :)
