Little grey bird.

Hi there!

Back to scissors  Silhouette and glue! For now... Thanks for all the positive feedback on my recently stamped cards. It really gave me the confidence to keep on trying!

On to my card for today:



The papers I used come with the compliments of the very generous Mel Stampz. Mel sure makes my life easier with her lovely - FREE - digital papers!


The inspiration for my card comes from the friendly bunch of ladies I met at the Dutch card lovers blog!

    Love your card, Hannelie! The combination of craft with white and beige/grey is subtle and beautiful! I have a Silhouette too, such a great thing to work with.
    Have to check out Melz stamps, heard from her.

    En alweer een prachtkaart Hannelie. De kleuren zijn bijzonder mooi gecombineerd. Leuk zeg dat je weer meedoet en aardig zoals je zegt dat we als DCL-team alle stijlen omarmen. Ik schrijf gewoon in mijn moerstaal en heb het idee dat je dit, als Zuid-Afrikaanse, goed begrijpt. Wanneer dit niet zo is, hoor ik het graag.

    I love this! Great colours and great little bird! I love seeing what you can do with your Silhouette. I don't have one but have been looking at them. When I see your beautiful makes, it pushes me closer to getting one. I might have to put it on my xmas wish list since money is tight. I will have to go check out Mel's free papers too - these are gorgeous!

    ....Mel sure knows to create some amazing designs! Love the gorgeous subtle colors and designs. The kraft base really brings out the beige tones in her paper. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your multi-thread bow!

    Pragtig, pragtig, pragtig, vrou!! Ek het dit seker al 100X gese, maar hierdie is een van my gunstlinge van jou!!! Die kraft basis is so treffend met die kleure op die papier - dis regtig perfekte balans tussen kleure!! En die voeltjie is verskriklik mooi en die stukkie koord, wel, dis mos maar een van my gunstelinge om te gebruik! Fantasmagories!!!
