Muse #36 & color q #208

Hi there!

Another quick card for today!




This week's muse is Karen M with THIS beautiful card. My approach was to use the colours and layout... done my style ;)

I used my favorite flower die, and added a bold black dot for the centre. Look at the cute pattern the overlapping petals form!

This also fits the bill for the challenge at Colour q ~ black, white & one spot color.

The sentiments says : happy birthday to you! (in Afrikaans)

  2. This looks like the Tilth Flower die ??? It is one of my favorites too! I never would have thought to use a delicately printed background like you have - looks amazing!!! Love the black centers!

  3. This is delightful, Hannelie ... lovely delicate blooms against a yummy tiny polka dot background ... fabulous! This die is one of my favorites too (even though I don't have it yet!) and I'm pretty sure you used this flower on one of the first cards of yours I saw! Anita :)

  9. Weet jy vrou, voor ek deur al jou werk is wat ek gemis het, gaan ek uit kommentaar raak, want ek trek nog maar by die 3de kaartjie en ek is klaar sonder woorde!!
    Daai fyn polka dots is stunning en ek lief jou delikate daisies!! ...en ja, daai blaartjies wat so oorvleuel gee 'n stunning effek!! Pragtig!!
