A fun card to share on this Saturday morning!
The challenge is to use NEON colors for the Casology challenge:
Finally a chance to useup a paper pack of neon paper I bought for a reason I cannot remember! I just cut up small strips of paper with my craft knife and ruler. Randomly glued them to my background, and added my sentiment panel.
