It's your birthday!

Hi there!


When I saw the sketch at case this sketch , I remembered THIS card I made a couple of months ago.
I decided to redo the card, and changed the following elements:

 1) Position of the circles,
 2) size of the circles, and
 3) the color and pattern of the background.

Also entering:
cas-ualfridays challenge where we are asked to make a card with an element that goes over the edge of the card .

The poodles parlour. ~ Anything goes
one crazy stamper ~ use acetate



The inner circle is suspended with a piece of acetate attached on the inside of the card front.
