One layer stripes at LIM

Hi there!

Sharing my card for this week's less is more challenge to make a one layer card featuring stripes.

At first I didn't have a clue what to do, but after a bit of fiddling around in my craft drawers, I found my peel off stickers... don't use so much of them any more, so I decided to put them to work to mask some stripes.
The centre was masked with an oval die cut...( not shown in the pictures below) where I stamped the frame. All stamping done with Tim Holtz ''victorian velvet''
I added a die cut flower, I am a little concerned, hope it doesn't count as a layer , but rather as a single embellishment?

  1. This is the best way I have seen for using Peel Offs that I have seen for quite a while!
I think we'll allow you your single embellishment... you're right it isn't a layer as such!
    Super card.
    Thanks so much
