I'm a guest bartender!

So honoured to be chosen as one of the top 3 over at  raise the bar challenge  for my nautical themed card.

So here I am to inspire you for this week's challenge... Flower power!! plus use 3 different kinds of patterned paper.
I chose some floral paper (magazine freebie downloads) and tried to make my own flowers! Seeing that we have to use 3 kinds of patterned paper, I thought... match it up with 3 different kinds of flowers!
The big purple flower (I hope it looks like a carnation ) was made with tissue paper and I found the tutorial here.
The daisies was made by using the quilling technique, and the blue "flower" I made from string the same way you make a pom-pom! Just added a brad to the centre.
The 3 papers made me think of a triangle, and that inspired the lay out. The sentiment is in Afrikaans, and reads: "For someone special"

Here's a close up of my bouquet!

So... come join the team at raise the bar challenge!
This cards also qualifies for the flower challenge at crafty sentiments
