Time to share my card for this month's Altenew Challenge !
Layout inspiration from Freshly Made Sketches.
I smiled when I read Erum's post about the source of inspiration for her card, because I also love looking for inspiration in my closet (check out my label in the side bar - closet inspired)... and when I find a piece of clothing or shoes I really love, I usually buy it in all... or at least three of the colors available 😄
I don't own any Altenew stamps or dies with a tropical theme, so I went looking for anything remotely looking like any of the elements in the inspiration. One of the leaves from the Happy Bloom set, were the closest I could get to create the look, so here is my CAS , graphic take on the challenge :
I used :
- Happy bloom stamp-set
- Label-love stamp set
- Snowing BG stamp
- Altenew inks in Sapphire, Ruby Red , Coral Berry and Lagoon
- Enamel dots
- Foam squares for dimension
- Misti
- Silhouette cameo to cut out the images
Challenges :
